We are family owned builder, we build Quality homes at an affordable price with that all important personal touch.
Quality comes through experience, and with over 30 years extensive experience and knowledge in the building industry, we can build a home that is right for you. We also build pergolas, decks, extensions, renovations and have pre built homes for sale.
We build mainly in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs including Pakenham, Drouin, Warragul, Cranbourne, Clyde, Officer, Beaconsfield, Berwick, Bayswater, Emerald, but we can build anywhere in Victoria.

As a family business we take pride in building a home for your family. Graeker Construction is located in Pakenham and is owned and operated by Graeme and Kerrie Howard. Graeme is a registered builder and qualified carpenter with over 30 years experience in the building industry.
We are backed by experienced tradespeople and suppliers who are dedicated to bringing a high standard of quality craftsmanship and design. As a member of both the Housing Industry Association and Building Practitioners Board Graeker Construction is fully insured and guarantees all their work.
